Now I am a big seafood buff. I love it anytime that I can get it. I love the sweetness of scallops so this recipe was persect for me. I love the way everything just mixed well together and it all came out so clean tasting. Alot of people have seafood allergies and I feel bad for them but there is nothing I can do when my reipes call for seafood. So I am sorry to all you who have allergies. But you can tweak this as you wish. I hope that you enjoy.
What you need:
2 lbs scallops rinsed
4 tbsp butter melted
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese
WHat to do:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pur butter into baking dish.
Place scallops evenly in the dish.
In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese mix well.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
Place into the oven adn bake for 25 mins till firm.
Serve.
