Our advice is to buy Ripple from a broker where you pay as little fee (trading fees) as possible. Bitvavo is currently the cheapest broker in the Netherlands, here you only pay 0.25% fee on every transaction. 
It also doesn't matter how much (or little) you buy. Follow the step-by-step plan to easily buy Ripple with, for example, iDEAL:
Register an account with Bitvavo (the first € 1000 is now temporarily free with us)
Enter your real information, your email address and a password and click Register.
After confirming your e-mail, log in to Bitvavo. Deposit funds into your account by clicking Deposit Credit.
Choose a payment method (e.g. iDEAL) of your choice and click Continue.
Click on Ripple via the dashboard and indicate how much XRP you want to invest.
Click on Buy Ripple and your order will be processed.
You have now successfully invested in Ripple. By the way, did you know that the coin is actually called XRP (XRP)? Many brokers still use the name Ripple because this is still popularly used. The company behind XRP is called Ripple.
