1: Waves Ducks là gì?

Waves Ducks is a game centered on collectable digital duck images, developed for active members of the Waves ecosystem. In this game, users acquire and collect digital images of ducks, which we call Waves Ducks.

2: The game’s core items

EGG is the game’s currency, which you need to acquire ducks.
A genesis duck is a digital image that can be acquired in exchange for EGG.
A bred duck is a second-generation duck produced by “breeding” two “non-sterile” ducks.
A jackpot duck is a highly rare digital image issued in a limited number of copies.

3: Core game roles

The game enables 3 main roles for players:

Duck hunters are players who take part in community activities to acquire EGGs.
Duck farmers are players who use the farming functionality to increase the number of their EGGs.
Duck collectors are players who collect duck images that could circulate on the marketplace.

Choose a role or a combination of roles to build your own duck empire.

4: Steps to join the game

A : To join the game, get EGGs, follow these steps:

Create a Waves.Exchange wallet.
Get EGGs on Waves.Exchange or Swop.fi or recieve them for participating in the game’s rounds.
Log in to wavesducks.com, using your Waves.Exchange account. In the corner of the screen, you’ll see the number of EGGs available to you.

B : How to create a duck?

To get a digital duck in exchange for EGGs, follow these steps:

Go to the Incubator section
Hit the Hatch a duck button. To start hatching, you need a sufficient number of EGGs.
Wait for 2 minutes for a duck to “pop out of the egg”
In the Duck Wallet section, you’ll see your new duck. Congrats!

Bear in mind that each subsequent duck will cost more EGGs than the previous one. So, hurry up! Please, see more details in DIP-1.

C : How to breed ducks?

By “breeding” two ducks, a user can create a new-generation duck of higher rarity. Each duck can be used for breeding only once, after which the parent ducks become “sterile.”

To “breed” a duck, follow these instructions.

Go to the Breeding section
Select two ducks from your collection that you want to breed (you need at least two non-sterile ducks for breeding)
Hit the Breed button
Wait for 2 minutes
Your new duck will be displayed in the My Farm section

Breed as many ducks as you can from various generations to improve your chances of getting a 100% rare duck!

D : How to buy a duck?

To buy a duck on the marketplace, follow these steps:

Go to the Marketplace section
Select a duck
Buy it instantaneously at the buyout price or place a bet

The duck will be displayed in the My Farm section.

D : How to sell a duck?

To sell a duck on the marketplace, follow these steps:

Go to the My Farm section
Select a duck
Hit the Start auction button

E : How to farm EGGs?

You can “farm” EGGs to increase their number. Follow these steps:

Go to the My Farm section
Acquire a “perch” at a fixed rate of 1 EGG
Click on the perch and select a duck of a matching color
As soon as you put your duck on the perch, it will start producing EGGs. The counter below the perch will be updated every minute, displaying your increasing number of EGGs.

The farming functionality is available for all ducks in the game, including genesis ducks and new-generation ducks produced by breeding. Ducks of higher rarity will farm more EGGs. The earlier you start farming, the more EGGs you can get. Please, see DIP-2 for details.

5: Duck hunter game monetization strategy

A: Buy Eggs or participate in events from the project to earn lots of eggs.

B: The simplest strategy is definitely the Hold Egg. Wait for the Egg to go to the moon then sell it for maximum profit.

C: Trading eggs: wait for the price of eggs to drop, then buy, wait for the high price to sell to eat the difference. This strategy is quite difficult, we can easily swing to the top.

D: Incubation: we take advantage when the project announces a new source of ducks, the number of duck eggs used for incubation will decrease. We will save some eggs.

E: Raise rare ducks for them to spawn and we will get passive income every day.
