Strategy
On June 2, Strategy announced the issuance of 2.5 million Series A preferred shares with a non-cumulative dividend yield of 10% per annum. The funds raised will be used to purchase the leading cryptocurrency.

The securities will be named Stride (STRD).

Previous preferred share issues were named Strike (STRK) and Strife (STRF). Strife shares (STRF) offer a dividend yield of 13% per annum, while Strike shares (STRK) offer 10% per annum.

Strategy reserved the right to repurchase all STRD shares at any time for cash if the total number of outstanding shares falls below 25% of the total issued shares of this series across all issuances.

The company also cited “certain tax events” as another condition for this right.

According to Bitwise, by the end of 2026, institutional holders—including governments and corporations—will hold 20% of the total Bitcoin supply (about 4.2 million BTC).

Bernstein forecasted that corporate Bitcoin reserves will grow to $330 billion by 2029.

Recall that a user named Lowstrife expressed concerns that such large-scale accumulation of digital gold by Strategy could eventually lead to the "collapse" of the entire structure.

Earlier, Arkham specialists tracked 87% of Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings.
