Did you wish you knew more about the U.S. Constitution or how the Supreme Court works? How about learning about classic authors like Mark Twain, C.S. Lewis, or even Jane Austen? These are only a few of the free not-for-credit online courses at Hillsdale college.
I started a course about C.S. Lewis and find it very fascinating. I'm sure other classes are as well.
They don't take government money so they don't give-in to any government pressure on what to teach (or not to teach). To better understand who they are I have put a couple of quotes from their website below.
"Pursue an education in character, faith, and freedom necessary for self-government and happiness."
"Learning, character, faith, and freedom: these are the inseparable purposes of Hillsdale College."
