Theta Staking

Theta has a hard rule requiring a minimum of 10,000 Theta Tokens prior to being staked. You can stake on your own Theta Guardian Node as I did for an entire month (see my first blog - https://www.publish0x.com/theta-network-basics-in-bite-size-pieces/theta-network-basics-in-bite-size-pieces-xnlpynv) to read about my lessons learned.)  I will let you know the staking process takes several hours and the de-staking process took me ~51 hours. 

Where else you can Stake Theta?

You can stake on an offering such as Gpool.io.  Gpool offers two methods to put your Theta to work for you earning TFuel. First they offer 'Delegate' where you place your tokens on their service offerings (they own and maintain the gear and its uptime) once Delegated your Tokens are longer available to you in your Theta Wallet. However, the Tokens are not available for you to spend while 'Delegated' but you do earn TFuel. This is what I am currently utilizing. You will not see your Tokens on Gpool you monitor and maintain them from your Theta Wallet.
