I have been a part of Dexfi for a couple of months now and if you look at their bonds as an equivalent to dividend stocks, they perform insanely good.
What is Dexfi?
Dexfi is a platform where you can through different vaults and strategies do your own Liqudity Providing. If this is too manually or complex, you can also buy into the Dexfi Bonds. With these Bonds you buy part of the treasury and whatever that treasury earns, is then in portion distributed to you.
Where is the yield coming from?
The guys from Dexfi deploy their own LP Strategies within the available vaults and the fees earned from there are distributed.
You can see from the dashboard the performance of the past and the current one.

How to buy a bond
The whole system is build on the base network. You can go to their site connect your wallet. You need Eth to buy the bonds. The yield is distributed in usdc and can be claimed around the clock. You can sell the bonds again later for 90% of the current value if you want to.
Risks
Nothing is without risks. There are 3 different risks I identified.
1. The people execution the LP Strategy mess up
2. The bonds are based on ETH - If ETH just keeps on dropping it will dry out the available funds
3. Smart contract risks
