Hello again, I hope you are well and you want to cook, because here I present you a new recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 cup of quinoa
n. B. Water
1 cucumber(s)
1 avocado(s)
10 cocktail tomatoes
1 ½ Bunch of parsley
1 tsp salt
1 shot of olive oil
Chilli from the mill
Pepper from the mill
Preparation
Wash the quinoa in a sieve, cover with water in the pot, cook for 20 minutes. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes, avocado and cucumber, chop the parsley.
The quinoa should then have a consistency of soft rice, then you can rinse it under water. I always put the sieve on kitchen paper afterwards, so that the quinoa is a little bit drier and looser.
Mix it with the diced vegetables and parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Add some olive oil and chili. From the mill, chilli is particularly fresh and helps digestion. The slight pungency is a good contrast to the somewhat lax cucumber.
Mix everything well and serve.
