Mozzarella chicken in basil cream sauce

Hello again, I hope you are well and you want to cook, because here I present a new recipe

 

 


Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 chicken breast fillet(s)
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
250 g cocktail tomatoes
½ Pot of basil
200 g cream
100 g cream processed cheese
125 g mozzarella
n. B. Parmesan
n. B. Herb butter

 


Preparation


Wash the meat and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the fillets in it from all sides for about 5 minutes.
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Pluck basil leaves, wash and chop finely.

 



Bring cream to the boil in a pot. Stir in processed cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 2/3 of the basil.

 



Put meat and tomatoes into a greased casserole dish. Pour sauce over it. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the meat. If you like, you can add grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. herb butter in small flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (200 degrees or 175 degrees with convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with remaining basil.

Serve with croquettes or rice.
