Hello again, I hope you are well and you want to bake, because here I present a new recipe
Ingredients for 1 portion:
250 g butter
250 g dark chocolate, cocoa content as high as possible
6 egg(s), separated
400 g sugar
200 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
Melt the butter and the chocolate over a bain-marie while stirring and let it cool down a little.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and the sugar has dissolved. Then stir in the cooled chocolate. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Spread the dough on 24 muffin tins and bake at 175 °C for about 25 - 30 minutes.
You can also add 200 g chocolate chips and 100 g chopped nuts to the dough to make it taste even more original.
The muffins will be quite sweet, as expected, but I have already corrected the amount of sugar considerably, contrary to the original recipe, where 625 g(!) are indicated. This is quite acceptable. If you want, you can of course take even less.
I have translated the recipe from the American.
The calorie indication refers to one of 24 muffins.
Now I wish you a good appetite!
I hope you enjoy the recipes
