The Weekly Summary - Fitness Edition #4
The following is my latest daily workout for Thursday, April 15, 2021.
I hit a major milestone yesterday! I've done 5,000 push-ups for the year. I did my stretches and warm-ups, to prep my chest, shoulders, and triceps for the push-ups (or press-ups).
In yesterday's session, I did 175 push-ups. Here's the breakdown:
Push-up Warm-up Sets
3 sets x 5 reps
Push-up Working Sets
10 sets x 10 reps
3 sets x 15 reps
Push-up Cool Down Sets
3 sets x 5 reps

Shadow Boxing
After push-ups I did 5 rounds of shadow boxing to get the heart pumping even faster.
Back Exercises
And I completed 3 sets of 8 reps of back widows.
Walking
By the end of this work out, I walked 1.39 miles or 2.24 kms.
