Gareth Hughes (CEO),

In response to my conditional acceptance of your violent threats on forged documents sent by the Royal Mail, you failed to comply, but stated where I quote:-

• I have read and considered the points you have raised below and I shall address these below.
  
  On receipt of a warrant instruction, we send a Notice of Enforcement, firstly to the address our client gives us, then to any alternative addresses we can find. This asks the named person to contact us within 14 days to pay in full or to discuss their circumstances.
  
  If no contact is made within the 14-day compliance period and the warrant remains unpaid, then the case will progress to the enforcement stage and an enforcement agent can be assigned to visit the warrant address.
  
  These notices provide the opportunity within the compliance period of 14 days to contact us to make payment, set up payment arrangement, or discuss the options available in relation to any vulnerability concerns raised. This may prevent additional fees and an enforcement agent attending the address.
  
  2) When we did not receive any contact from you and the case remained unpaid, your case progressed to the enforcement stage; and an Enforcement Agent was assigned to case B273393 on 22 January 2021, and case B304638 on 29 January 2021.
  
  When an Enforcement Agent attends, they are required to collect payment in full, or to take control of goods that belong to the customer to cover the outstanding balance.
  
  3) In relation to your query about Enforcement Agent Kenneth Warby ,I cannot see from looking at your cases he has visited your address. I am unable to share details of this agent as this agent has no relevance to your case. If you could please inform us how Kenneth Warby is related to your case we can address your enquiry.
  
  4) As I understand it, you did not request to see the proof of the enforcement instruction or the Enforcement Agent’s ID. The Enforcement Agent is only required to show proof of this and their ID if it is requested, as set out in the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
  
  5) I can see your data subject access request was sent to you by our Data Privacy team on May 2021 via email.
• However, as you have requested a copy of each sealed warrant this would have to be issued to you by the courts as Marston cannot supply copies of sealed warrants.
  
  7) We are unable to provide you with a copy of our company’s Liability insurance certificate, or copies of any fraud policy documents as these are internal documents that we are not allowed to be shared outside of the company.
  
  8) I can see no evidence we have acted unlawfully during the process of enforcement. If you have reason to question the lawfulness of the original instruction, I can only recommend you contact the court or seek independent legal advice.
  
  9) The absence of a response on any or all your points or comments does not equal any form of explicit or implicit agreement.
  
  10) I’ve investigated your complaint at Stage 1 in the process, and I hope I’ve addressed your concerns. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

TAKE NOTICE

• You are making repeated references to warrants, Issued by the court, knowing fully well, that you are not in possession of any such warrant, which you are allegedly executing.
• You did not attach any documentary authority of the item you are allegedly “ENFORCING”.
• You have knowingly made a false statement, to shield your agent, Kenneth Warby, in organised violence, theft as part of a proven pedo-sexual gang, acting on fake HMCTS authority. Where several participants have been jailed to date. The fake and perjured Marstons Group Ltd ID is on this resolver. And to shield the fact, that Kevin McNally and Kenneth Warby, of The Sherriffs Office (BBC Illegal Bailiffs), were never authorised, when they colluded with the Child Protection Officers, to steal property and abuse children.

As you may know, The Sherriffs Office is a dormant company, which explains why you are shielding Kenneth Warby from Jail, affording him the use of a Marstons ID in the Hertford County Court. As you are fully aware, Stephan Cadek (Police) Christopher Maitland (Police), Anthony Maragh (Solicitor) and Sunny Vij (Estate Agent, who all participated in the theft of our property, have all been jailed, whilst you the Fake Warrant Billionaire, Gareth Hughes, remains a free man.

• Your only authority to use our private and confidential DATA, is a sealed warrant, Issued by the Court, via due process, by an authorised HMCTS Enforcement Agent, so you have none of the above.
• Failing to comply with my DSAR in a timely fashion, is a further criminal offence.
• You have confessed, that you are not, and have never been, in possession of any warrant, Issued by the court, for the numerous times you have threatened and abused our vulnerable family and children, and even placed charges on our property. So it appears, that the share price of Marstons Group PLC, is entirely or mostly built, on the foundation, of counterfeit warrants, theft by violence and abuse of the vulnerable.
• The evidence suggest, that the Marstons Group PLC, id trading without Public Liability Insurance, to protect the public which is being legally raped by the CEO and agents on a Fake Warrant Pyramid.
• You have duly obliged, to act as judge and jury in your own case. Which is the only possible way, in which you and the rest of the pedo-sexual gang, can make off with the billions raked in, on the back of Counterfeit Court and non-existent court
• As you have been made a conditional acceptance, and cannot produce a hard copy of your lawful authority, you are automatically guilty, of perverting the course of justice.
• You did not investigate anything, and I did not make a complaint. You are utilising your intelligence, and superior education, to circumvent the issue of a pedo-sexual gang, robbing, harming and abusing us on countless occasions, on the back of the false claims, to the binding authority of the HMCTS, with the full knowledge and cooperation of the law enforcement people, some of whom have been jailed in our case.

DEMAND

• As you cannot produce your public liability insurance, nor that of your army of illegal agents, abusing our DATA and frequenting our private space, the only plausible explanation, is that you are operating a violent organised crime pyramid, without being insured. As you claim to be acting as officers of the court, I command you to invoke the court’s Anti-Fraud policy, for the entire Marston (Holdings) Ltd pyramid, which I attach.
• Make us an offer for a redress of grievances, to save on the public funds. And ensure any response is signed in wet ink, by a man or woman responsible and accountable, to sign such a document.
