Perhaps you have noticed in your wallet an airdrop of 32,000 MNEs (especially, if your wallet is not Metamask or Trust Wallet, where you can pick and choose which tokens you will be monitoring in your account). If you haven't noticed, you have strong chances - as they have run their airdrop to over 2,000,000 ERC-20 addresses - to have received that shitcoin in your account. As with all such coins, you have never asked or heard about that. Their developers, simply decided to drop you the worthless shit they created.
What can you do with those MNEs? As you will discover if you do some research, you cannot do anything. You cannot destroy them and you cannot transfer them out of your account. They will simply sit there forever. Unless, of course, you decide to 'upgrade' your account to Level 2 (cost 0.1 ETH), or Level 3 (which costs another ETH 0.2). Even if you upgrade to Level 3 (with total cost of ETH 0.34), you still cannot get rid of those 32,000 pieces of shit. Because if you upgrade to Level 3, you become a miner and you can only get rid of the pieces of poop you mine, not the original ones. Unless, you wish to place your account for sale in their crappy marketplace - so, you technically cannot get rid of this crap, but you can get rid of your account (although it's quite unclear how this happens, since even if you provide the buyer with your account secret passphrase, upon transfer of ownership, you still know what the passphrase is, and the new owner cannot change it).
Although having such a shitcoin is harmless, it's like someone made you step over a piece of chewing gum that sticked on your shoe. It's not harmful, but it's annoying. What's worse is that even if you pay the asshole who made you step on the chewing gum to remove it, the only way to actually do that is to get rid of your shoes.
