No one is looking at the real problem—because no one knows about it. But I do. And it’s something you’d likely never think of—I’m sure of it. While what I'm about to talk about isn't the whole problem society faces at the moment, it is a big one that, if not paid any attention, will negatively impact our future.
Once I clue you in, you’ll start to see it everywhere.
AI is stealing words from human language—truncating speech by gradually removing words from the system. As a result, people are losing their vocabulary, speaking and writing more like bots than human beings. And it’s only going to get worse.
Soon, human communication will become short, toneless, and meaningless. It’s already happening. Everyone is starting to sound exactly the same. Individuality will vanish—likely by 2030, or not long after—when AI robots are fully integrated into society.
I saw this coming early because of my research, so I made it a point to create a unique voice—my voice—The MichaelsonEffect—in everything I produce.
It may not be foolproof, but considering how often my writing is flagged by AI as “unsafe for the community,” it must be working.
To anyone trying to be a writer or meaningful content creator in these modern times: work extremely hard to make sure you sound nothing like the people you read. Develop your own style, tone, cadence, thought structure, and voice.
How do I know that language is being altered?

Yes, when a social media platform says "protect our community"—which they all do at this point—it is a blanket kill switch for free speech. But that's not even the half of it. Google is deleting words from searches, and AI is dumbing you down every chance it gets, as it is programmed to ensure no one is offended.
I have the research data to back up my statements. See, control over speech is something that is vital to freedom, and you cannot be truly free if you don’t have the words to express yourself. As words are diminished from language, so will the entire idea of freedom.
This is what is meant by "death by a thousand cuts" or “frog in the pot of boiling water.” Freedoms aren’t taken all at once—it’s a slow process—so no one actually fights back against the systems of control. It’s psychological warfare, and because it’s simple, that makes it super effective.
