My Opinion:
There is a new threshold of learning, where people are gaining knowledge at a faster rate than ever before. Neural repetition—such as affirmations, humming, and forced recall—is helping individuals remember dreams they would have normally forgotten. This means that people who enter REM sleep more quickly may experience greater resolve when they return to their awakened state.

There is a connection in the dream state where a deeper intelligence awaits each of us, offering insight into the pressures of daily life or the ideas we’ve been contemplating throughout the day.

What are you afraid of?:
Are people afraid to engage in meditation because they’re unwilling to meet their true selves?

My Story:
It's the beginning of another day of fasting for me. It's day 5, and I needed some liquid in my body, so I'm starting with a very small cold coffee and chai tea. My weight is down again from yesterday (another pound), and I feel amazing about it! I began my fast five days ago at a morning weight of 198 lbs even. My head is clear, and I can hear my blood moving through my veins as the machine-pump of my heart operates in my chest.

My sleep cycles are intertwined with dreams I can clearly remember in the morning, along with meditation at different levels of consciousness. It's a wonderful feeling to be connected to the Universe in this way—and, more importantly, to be able to shut down and shut out the negative noise of a mentally broken society.

Is meditation and fasting not just a healthy practice, but a duty of all men—to connect to our higher intelligence? Is not doing so a form of ignorance... a neglect of a major superpower gifted to us by the gods—or better yet, the ALL?

Yes! I've been reading a lot—more than usual, actually. I've finished three books since I began my fast—all between 150 and 200 pages. They're small books, but I've already read each of them more than once.

I also read a 29-page declassified government document by an author I can’t mention here, on a topic related to how everything works in this “reality.” I will say this—the document was released in 2003 and speaks heavily on subjects like Brain Hemisphere Synchronization, Hypnosis, and Transcendental Meditation.

It absolutely amazes me how blind the public is to the innate systems already in place—systems we should be fully taking advantage of as part of our birthright. In my opinion, these are nothing short of almost superpowers.

I won’t mention the titles here, as they found me—not the other way around. So they will have to find you, too. Or, perhaps, the book(s) you need to read right now will find you.

We are all at different levels of connection to our higher selves, so my reading is for me, and yours will be for you. You simply have to ask for them—while in the state that connects you to your deeper self.

This may be the best time of my life, and I would love for you all to join me—not for the entire journey (which will last 21 days), but maybe for a small part of it.
