Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 31

By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 22 Apr 2020

Today i wake up late, around 12.30 and i was more tired than usual. I presume i was a bit cold yesterday, as i could fill my sinuses protesting against the cold. But i feel better now, after few cups of mint tea. I did my Spanish lesson, guitar and strength training. Thanks God that tomorrow i take a break from the physical training, starting again Thursday. I started to notice that in the past few days i am a bit more irritable and stressed. Maybe this long quarantine starts to take a toll on me. I will see how i can change this in better.

Maybe i will intensify the efforts on my book, so the creative process will heal me inside. Wishfull thinking.

But overall i was just resting, and i only had a 10 minute walk outside behind my house.

Coronavirus stats.

As for today, we have 2,552,157 cases globally, with 865,642 closed cases (out of which 177,230  (20%) deaths). Finally some good news, as the death percentage decrease from 21% to 20%. Keep in mind that 1% of 2.5 millions is 25.000 less deaths, so this is huge. In UK we got 129044 cases and 17337 deaths. In my town there are 331 confirmed cases.

Some interesting data right here on Publish0x regarding vitamin C and COVID-19 infection. But i cannot find Vitamin C to order anywhere around unless i need to wait for 4-5 weeks.

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
