It is clear by now that Big Tech has become a gatekeeper of information. They are becoming monopolies, and have been a major element in election interference. With the unethical practice these Big Tech companies are engaged in, they are not only violating the integrity of the Elections, but they are also in violation of “The Sherman Act.”
Yesterday, October 20th, The United States Department of Justice along with other State Attorney generals sued Google LLC for violations of the Anti trust laws. This is a huge step for humanity to regain it’s freedom from the Big tech Oligarchs.
The Civil Antitrust lawsuit was filed in the District Court for the District of Columbia to stop Google from their illegal business practices. It is well known that Google has been violating the free enterprises by having agreements for all mobile devices to have Google as their main search engine and in most cases tries to prevent the downloads of other competitive search engine companies.
The Actual suit document shows a clear history of Google going from it’s humble beginnings to the criminal element it is today. The Legal proceeding shows that the original Google is gone.
Google has clearly proven that they have used anti-competitive tactics in order to prevent any fair and free business competition. This suit begins a major blow to the Big Tech oligarchs that are using their companies in order to not only dominate the market, but to enforce only there thoughts on the entire world rather than free thinking and competitive creativity.
As the DAM bursts the entire flood will either completely destroy all these Big Tech companies, or it will forever set a new precedent on the legalities and policies that these companies are legally permitted to operate under.
Once again, it clearly shows that True Freedom and Free Speech will not be able to be silenced or prevented from any corporation. The Sherman Act in itself was written, not to protect businesses, but to protect the people from monopolies so we can allow free enterprise without companies destroying the very heart of free choice.
