A Power Outage in California on October 27 May be imenent

Apparently an insider at the PG&E power company sent an email to the Patriot hour podcast informing them of a power outage that will occur in San Francisco, CA on October 27th and may last for 5 days or longer. This Power outage is to be even bigger than the last one.
