Uber eats is changing the game when it comes to boosting small business discoverability. The company has allowed restaurants to run without having a proper customer-facing establishment. All the small restaurant would have to do is rent some kitchen space from an established restaurant and use it to cook food and sell on Uber Eats.

Let's say a bunch of failing restaurants pooled their resources and used this platform. A few days later and they might be back in business. Or even if a restaurant was brand new, once on the platform, it would have instant access to a huge customer base and an established delivery system. The platform could be leveraged for other things as well. It's just up to one's imagination, how to use it.
Thank you.
