 1. Security

The most important feature of any digital wallet, especially a software wallet, is it's security. So it is paramount to choose a wallet with a high level of security. How does Atomic Wallet's security compare to other wallets? Most wallets require that you verify your identity through the frowned upon Know Your Customer process. Atomic Wallet supports anonymity. None of your data is stored and you're not required to submit personal information. The wallet is non-custodial, meaning you have full control of your funds. How to create a new wallet: 

Step 1. Once Atomic Wallet is installed, open the app and tap New Wallet to begin.
Step 2. The first layer of security is a user-created password. This password is required to login, confirm transactions and view private keys. Set a strong multi-character password, confirm and wait for your wallet to load.
Step 3. Once your wallet is loaded, it will display your backup phrase. This second layer of security is a randomly generated 12-word phrase, your private keys. In the event that your device is lost or stolen, it can be used to restore your wallet. Copy the phrase and keep it in a safe place. That's it! you're ready to start using Atomic Wallet.

Atomic Wallet also allows you to sync your wallet on multiple devices by restoring your existing wallet using your backup phrase. Please note that some functions, such as membership program, is currently only available on the desktop version.

How to restore your wallet:

Step 1. Open the app and tap restore
Step 2. Enter your 12-word backup phrase and tap restore
Step 3. Set a new password and confirm

Atomic Wallet's UI is user-friendly and easy enough for anyone to navigate. The interface is sleekly designed and flawlessly optimized for your device of choice. 

A look inside the app:

1. Dashboard: At the bottom of the screen you can switch between tabs to show your wallet, view transaction history, instantly exchange crypto, buy crypto with a credit card and stake crypto. At the top left corner is the filters section and top right corner is the tools section.

How to buy crypto with a credit card:

4. Staking 

Currently, Atomic Wallet offers staking for ATOM, XTZ, TRX, ALGO and other assets. Atomic Wallet plans to add 5-10 new staking assets, such as ICX and ADA, this year. You can also stake Atomic Wallet Coin(AWC), it's native coin. Staking AWC will yield up to a whopping 23% in rewards yearly. Here is the breakdown of the rewards:

10-999 AWC= 17%
1000-9999 AWC= 20%

In Atomic, staking is decentralized. You are able to delegate your assets directly to a validator of your choice, stake any amount with no limits, unstake and switch validators anytime and receive rewards daily, all while paying no fees at all.

How to stake AWC:

Step 1. Go to Staking tab and select AWC
Step 2. Tap Stake 
Step 3. Select your desired amount(minimum 10 AWC) and tap Stake
Step 4. Enter your password and tap Confirm

5. Membership Program

Atomic Wallet's membership program is a cashback program for users holding a minimum of 1000 AWC-BEP2(AWC-BNB). These can be purchased directly in the wallet with BNB.
