I (the self entitled "crypto_gam3r") am going to be exploring the world of crypto and NFT gaming and try to determine the profitability for the casual player.
Who I am:
You're probably wondering why you should read or value anything I am writing, and that's a valid feeling. Truthfully, I have no credentials that make me an expert in the field.
So here is who I am. I have an education in graphic design and 10 years experience in warehousing. Data warehousing you ask? Well, that would be semi-relevant, so of course that's not what I do. I work in a beer warehouse. As awesome as that is, it does not give what I will be writing about any validation.
Like many people, I got involved in cryptocurrency by investing in coins in early 2021. What coin started it all? DOGE of course! But, unlike many of the meme spreaders and moon hodlers, I took interest in the industry as a whole and have immersed myself in all things blockchain and cryptocurrency since. I have read white papers and articles, scoured reddit and other boards, and invested a decent portion of my own income to the space. But, this is not an investment blog.
Mission:
As I read about all these coins, the one thing in the back of my mind was that the use-case of these coins must be present to really drive the industry, and that's where I believe crypto and NFT gaming fits in perfectly. Thus, I have decided to document my journey through the space, hopefully informing and entertaining any readers that follow as I go.
My goal is to research and play various games and share my experiences and honest earnings while doing so. In addition I will talk about upcoming games I am excited for and give tips on how to increase you're in game earnings.
