Following a bloody Monday we are waking up to yet another hack - this time for $160MM from Wintermute, the SEC continues to rack in the dough as Sparkster settles with them over the 2018 ICO launch, and Alameda is happy to pay back $200MM to Voyager; hopefully it will make some of the investors whole. 

Meanwhile, Bitcoin regains $19K and $ETH rises as FOMC meeting nears. The 100 SMA is key and overhead resistance which is right around $19,650, if $BTC clears those levels, it will have some room to run; otherwise it's headed toward $16K as a bottom. The bulls are still fighting as proof of the hammer candlestick. However, there are two on-chain signals that precedes Bitcoin falls: BTC dumping of coins aged between 7 years to 10 years and ETH dominance rising up.
