As you know, I live with my parents...As you didn't know, I'm married with 2 kids.
A couple of months ago the wife just about had enough. Bitcoin was at 6k and it was about to blow. My lady gave me $15 for some diapers and baby food...and I may or may not have put them into the local Bitcoin ATM. Don't judge me! How could I think of diapers and baby food when I could pay for my baby to go to college one day with Bitcoin. Get your priorities straight.
Right when I got my BTC, it went down 60% so I did what any experienced trader would do...SELL! After fees, I was left with $3.50. I went home to break the news to my wife.
"Hey, what took you so long? And where are the baby food and diapers?" She asked.
"It's funny you ask", I began. "Remember that thing I told you about? The end of banks. Decentralization. Bit..."
"Bitcoin?! Don't tell me you bought Bitcoin?!" she screamed.
"Baby, calm down. I did it for our son! So he can go to college."
"Are you out of your mind?! Your son will not make it to college if he dies of starvation or some kind of poop induced infection!"
"Baby, relax. I got the money back anyways...Sort of. I need $11.50...The market went down on me."
By this time, she was furious. I never have seen her so angry.
"THAT'S IT! IT'S EITHER BITCOIN OR YOUR FAMILY! YOU NEED TO CHOOSE NOW!"
I took a moment to think. Then, I spoke my mind.
"What about Bitcoin Cash? Not Satoshis Vision...The real one."
That was the last time I saw my wife and kids. She literally got in the car and drove off with them never to be seen again...
I couldn't believe it...They're gone. No more wife. No more kids...No more...Diapers and baby food...
At that moment I realized I had $3.50. I ran to the BTC ATM and bought back in. I can't believe I sold the bottom. Worst night ever.
