For a number of reasons, , we’re going to be rebranding. We’ll no longer be the Blockchain Cuties Universe Times. We’re now the Blockchain & Crypto Users Times. So we’re still the B.C.U. Times; we’re just expanding our mission beyond discussing events in Blockchain Cuties. Full rebranding is going to take a couple of weeks, but you’ll start to see more articles that fit the broader topic of the publication.
Changes
We’ll still do the Pawedcast in Print, because it seems to be helpful to cutineers, and we’ll still be commenting on various activities by Blocchain Cuties, but we’ll no longer be focusing on Blockchain Cuties exclusively.
Instead, we’ll be focusing on the larger concept of blockchain based applications, with a focus on user experience, gaming, programming, business, and other related topics. While there might be articles which have some discussion about investment and trading, it won’t be our focus. There are plenty of articles which speculate on cryptocurrency already.
Promoting the Blockchain and Cryptoasset User Experience and Ecosystem
Our goal will be to discuss and promote the growth of the blockchain and cryptoasset ecosystem, adoption by the general population, and interaction between various games and projects where possible. In many ways, we've already been discussing this kind of idea, in articles such as The Power of Blockchain Based Games Lies in Third Party Support. But we'll also be talking about interactions between gaming communities.
For instance, one of the next topics of discussion aside from Blockchain Cuties will be Splinterlands. While there is no direct interaction between these two games, and these games are run on different chains, we think that there could be a lot of cross support between these two platforms. Blockchain Cuties players could help get Splinterlands players into the game, and vise versa. A lot of players have bulk cards and cuties that they could donate to new players of the other platform, and direct player to player trading should be encouraged.
We’ll also be discussing a lot of programming and business theory that relates to blockchain, cryptoassets, and dapps. We'll have articles about the importance of understanding mathematics and economics when developing dapps, including games. Solid business and development models, and more. Basically, instead of having less content about Blockchain Cuties, we'll just have a lot more content for people to read.
