To Delete, Or Not to Delete

That is the question... because, as you know, we create "blogs" here on Publish0x to which we can post our content... but you may not yet know that there is a limit of 3 blogs per account. 

This fact on its own is not the end of the world. But if we ever want to do something new, the only option is to DELETE one of our existing blogs and create a new one. Again... not a complete tragedy, I guess, but it leaves me with one more question:

What happens to the content within that deleted blog?

Can we assign it to another existing blog after the fact?

Or is all the content just gone forever? If that's the case, I suggest some kind of archiving function for blogs we no longer want, so the content will be retained and we'll be able to move on to new things. The re-assignment might be an easier way of getting it done though.

I'm just thinking out loud, really, and it might all be for naught! Imagine how silly I'll look when Igor comes along five minutes after I publish this and tells me that I'm wrong about everything I just said. (Meh. I digress... I rarely regret discussions that grow out of my own ignorance.)

Don't get me wrong... I'm not looking to inundate Publish0x with a hundred useless blogs, but I usually take an experimental approach to things. I like to test content so I can assess if there is an audience for certain topic areas. If I don't see value in going that route, I'll press on and find my sweet spots.

For instance, I have two blogs that may or may not work well on this platform: 21st Century Tourism and Being a Non-Douchey Vegan. I think I can write enough interesting content that may appeal to any demographic, but these crypto platforms tend to lean pretty heavily in the crypto/tech direction and other subjects fall quickly to the wayside.

But I don't want to lose the content I've written!

I like my writing. :)

I don't half-ass my content anywhere: not here, not on Medium or on my own websites. I always try to write pieces with some meat on the bone, and that I may enjoy reading myself in the future... so the idea of just deleting it bothers me.

But I also don't want to hang on to a blog with two posts and no plans of more down the road, so I'm torn. You feel me?

Dilemmas build character!

Geez... I sure hope so. Patience, at the very least. lol

If anyone out there in the P0x universe knows more than I do on this topic, please do chime in. Otherwise, it won't take me long to find out for myself-- then I'll be sure to report my findings.
