Hello Guys,

nice to read you - hopefully again :)

Since I was asked several times in a DM how to update the vpiggy to the newest Version of Telos Ill give you a step by step work trough including the latest bootstrap

1.) str + alt + t => firefox (to open a browser)

2.) download

3.) open home

4.) go into the .transcendence Folder - copy the telos.wlt.file to a different folder to have a save copy of it

5.) delete everything from the .transcendence Folder EXCEPT the telos.wlt.file (so you are sure to be on the correct chain with the bootstrap) 

=> close firefox and Terminal you used to start Firefox

6.) copy the bootstraps (both files) in the .transcendence Folder

7.) open the zip file => extract in the .transcendence Folder

8.) switch to the desktop => start the wallet from there

9.) In the Wallet => addnode 5.189.139.203 onetry (thats the IP of the seeder)

Congratullation your Telos wallet is on the newest release.

If your wallet is stuck or forked - Id recommend going back to the latest bootstrap and start again.

1.) delete everything from the .transcendence Folder except your telos.wlt.file

2.) open the zip file => extract in the .transcendence Folder 

3.) start the Wallet

Now together with https://www.publish0x.com/teloscoin/vpiggy-different-types-different-purposes-different-ways-to-xgpnkmw you have all tools in your hand to stake Telos and mine to get a decent passive income.

The next post will be a walkthrough how you can set up not preinstalled wallets and get them up and running - so you use that server even more!
