I wonder if you all only speak/read English or know different languages as well.

The poem underneath is about the hippo (short for hippopotamus)

What do you think a hippo eats? 

Do you know it is a great hunter and it is not a herbivore (vegetarian) at all?

Mother Nature had a good reason for that. Plants are hard to digest. We humans do not have the intestines to do so either. Out of plants we can never get the needed vitamines and minerals. It is the same with this animal. To stay fit and healthy it hunts (for deers). It is faster as you can imagine.

Sorry I will not translate this into English. I already did into Dutch. Translating it would take the funny touch out of it.

Hippo

Ein Nilpferd ist ein lustiges Tier, zeigt das Bild uns hier.

Der Hippo, egal groß oder klein, weiss ganz gut wie gesund zu sein

und das auch zu bleiben.

Mutter Natur hat ihm gezeigt was er fressen kann und soll

und auch noch dazu gesagt:

"Vegetarier bist Du ganz vielleicht.

Du kannst Pflanze fressen aber sollst auch nicht vergessen, nicht viel wertvolles steckt dadrin und... auch die Tiere schmecken gut.

Du brauchst nur ein wenig Mut

um auf das Großwild zu jagen.

Das schenke ich Dir jetzt und weiss als Schwergewicht kannst Du nicht versagen!"
