Splinterlands - My 12th Season (15 October) - And yes I did rent to silver again... Rental Cancellers Suck!

Another two weeks gone and another season ends already and it's time for another season report.

Now for this season, my 12th but season 59 for Splinterlands I decided to use a tool from Splinterstats to present my stats for the season. The report is copied from their tool basically - parts in italics are my own commentary.

But before we go into the report....RANT ON...I really hate that owners of cards can cancel rentals at any time. A contract should be a contract - Maybe penalties for cancelling need to be imposed. It's not so bad if the person renting cancels (that doesnt impact them as much and the owner still has the card. If the owner cancels it can really mess with the other person making them change league or destroy their favourite lineups etc. I know for myself at the end of the last two seasons I've had rentals cancelled in the last 24 hours forcing me to rent new cards to stay in Silver! There must be a better way! RANT OFF.

As you can see some of the tool isn't quite working right but lets look at the main bit - I managed to get a high of 1,802 rating points which is just 100 points off gold... if I played just a bit more I could get there. Not much point though as not enough card power to actually be in the league!

So according to Splinterstats I earned a total of 2,469 DEC over the season from playing. That probably is about right.

In addition I apparently got 19 standard cards - according to my records I got:

3 Pelacor Conjurer
1 Exploding Rats
4 Pelacor Mercenary
2 Naga Assassin
2 Venari Heatsmith
3 Gargoya Lion
1 Pelacor Bandit
1 Venari Crystalsmith

Totalling 17 Cards - so I must have missed a couple. As you can see no outstanding cards, no gold foils but more cards are better than no cards!

Rental Report

So on the basis that I earned about 2.5k DEC and spent about .5k Dec that is a profit of about 2,000 DEC for the season. Can't complain with that!

Definitely not impressive but cant really complain about free airdrops!
