Last week my new account started with only $150 dollars was pushed to silver 3. The goal of the renting was to get that extra chest with some extra rewards. Starting with 20 HP and 10 packs with $90 spent on cards means that I have a bit of a grind to real the goal of level 5 and six teams. That is why I am GoldSteve. So far using the rental market has worked out well. First, let's review the cards I have won.

The very first reward waws nice with that Naga Assassin and a Pelacor Mercenary. After 2 weeks of credits and potions most of the time, this was sweet. The rest of the week went well also. I didn't land anything Epic or better. But I got a card each day for the first 7 days. Only one other rare with the Twilight Basilisk. Still, as long as I am adding cards I own to the account it will free up some of my rental power to other cards and help me push into silver 2. Now I could try to force my way in but I want to build this account up the right way. Now the other way to grow your account is with the Challenges by the Splinterlands Team.

Twice a week you can earn a vote from the team with the Share Your Battle and Social Media Challenges. While you could take the rewards and run to the bank I am using these to get more cards onto my account. Targetting summoners first. With the post that paid out from the last week, I got 8 HBD to go shopping with.

The first summoner I am targetting to own is KELYA FRENDUL as he has been a pain to fight and I know it is a strong card. My packs only got me 1 so I need 4 more and at 3.95 I can't really just go buy 4 so it is time to talk about another great tool out there. You can put in bids on Peakmonters to try and save a little money. It might not seem like that matters but let me show you want it did for me.

I put in a bit to get 2 at 3.712 there were 22 bids a little higher than mine but I woke up today and I had two new summoner cards in my account. It might be a bit more till I can get 2 more but I will do it. Now saving that just about.50 cents allow me to go to the market and look to level up to something else. I also had a bit left from the 8 dollars I earned. For now, I have only bought a few SOUL STRANGLER to get that card to level 2. The Death team has been great and that card is better than people think so it was cheap. Now that the summoner came in I will buy a few more commons cards today.

So that is how things are going for me so far. I am making more DEC than I am using to rent the cards. I have added 5 rare cards and 8 common ones. My goal for the next week is to beat that but well it started with a quest with no cards today. I hope that a few people out there follow this account as I am showing you how to build a good Splinterlands account and a hive account as powering down is not part of this yet
