A flight around Birch Lake, Nova Scotia.
And some still photography!

This was a combination of two flights over a few days. We headed out to do some fishing because my son got a new fishing rod for his 5th birthday. Both trips he ended up catching a fish, so he's hooked now - pun intended.
We'll be heading back with the canoe this weekend to do some more exploring around the lake and camp the night. I'm sure I'll get some great footage and photographs over the weekend. It's a nice little lake with limited access. I was able to get down the little black track trail with the truck but it's pretty narrow and muddy.
The drone adds a lot of perspective to the area. I'm curious to get up and check out the little river that's feeding it with the canoe and it looks like there's a beaver dam up there. I find it amazing I can get a view of the whole lake in a few minutes that would normally take hours via canoe and I still wouldn't get the same sense of what's around.
