For Part 2 of my series, I wanted to talk to you about a huge mistake that you may possibly be making and suggest a smarter alternative.  

Do NOT dabble in cloud mining.  These sites are designed to take your hard earned crypto away from you.  Again, I repeat, DO NOT participate in any form of cloud mining.  You will be exit scammed.  Don't be lured by users providing proof (screenshots) that they made money from cloud mining.  I won't get too deep into this, but there are so many ways you can get scammed by cloud mining that its not worth it.  End of discussion.

Instead, I recommend you elect for good old fashion mining with your own rig.  I've done a lot of research on which miner is the best, and I would recommend Cudo Miner.  

I keep my computer constantly on and mining with Cudo Miner.

I have a GeForce RTX 2080 Super and I average mining roughly 0.14 ETH a month. At today’s current rate, this comes out to $27.92. Factor in the electricity costs it takes to mine and it seems like a waste of time...

However, for those of you who have been in the cryptocurrency space for a long time, remember when ETH hit an All-Time High of $1,448.18?

Well guess what, if ETH ever reaches this high again (and it will!), 0.14 ETH is no longer worth $27.92, but a whopping $202.75. If you keep your computer mining for a year straight, this comes out to cool $2432.95.  

Don't pass up on mining peanuts right now.  0.14 ETH will be extremely valuable one day and you will regret it.  

This doesn't apply to just ETH, but any cryptocurrency you choose to mine.

I remember years ago, when 0.01 BTC was worth less than a dollar.  I also recall that mining 0.01 BTC was easy back then compared to today.  Today, 0.01 BTC is equivalent to almost $100 dollars.  Only if you spent some time mining BTC back in the past right?  Well hindsight is 20/20 - but let's not make the same mistake again!

My computer estimates that it will mine only 0.0038 BTC a month!  This might seem like a colossal waste of time, but alot of people are predicting Bitcoin to eventually hit $100,000.  If that is the case, 0.0038 BTC will be worth $380!  

Anyhow, I wanted to get this post out of the way before I move onto posting about some meatier fun topics because I see so many articles about cloud mining on Publish0x and I wanted to warn my readers to 1) Stay away from cloud mining!  2) Mine on your own PC (even if right now it seems like tiny returns)

Don’t hesitate and start mining with Cudo Miner. as an additional way to stack crypto to the moon!
