Polands defence ministry said it will enlist 200,000 new recruits for war training. They already have around 28,000 volunteers and 38,000 reservists so the remaining 130,000 will be picked based on health and age which will most likely consist of young adults ages 18-28 who are in good health. Also just a few days ago on 12-15-22, it was informed that a top Polish police officer was hospitalized due to a Ukranian Grenade launcher that was given as a gift to him by Ukraine. The polish ministry is now asking for an explanation from Ukraine. Earlier this month Ukranian missiles hit polish territory and a few polish farmers passed away as a result. Taking all this into account it is entirely possible that Poland may try to take back territory that was annexed during WW2 or they may use those recruits to continue helping Ukraine as there are less and less trained soldiers available. A large portion of Ukraines defences consist of mercenaries and contractors from various European countries. What the 200,000 Polish recruits will be used for still remains to be seen.
