We always tried to do the best invest around the movement in the market of cryptocurrencies, usually we invest our money, but there's other option: Leverage.
The CFDs are derived financial instruments whose price is based on an underlying asset. This implies that open trades are actually contracts with the broker, rather than the one-time acquisition of an asset, thus reflecting the value of the price of this asset.
The leverage allows you to carry out operations with more money than you really have by granting loans.
Generally, the brokers express on their platforms the leverage, they grant by means of a multiplier factor or X, which shows how much greater the amount of the open position is compared to the actual amount of funds deposited by the operator to be used to open a position.
That hides many advantages but too much disadvantages in my opinion if you're not an expert trader... You can multiply your profits but if you don't do well you can multiply your losses.
It's very risky, In my opinion I prefer to invest the amount that I have and I'm not afraid if I lose it.
What do you think? Have you applied this technique?
