First of all “Notice and Observe Thyself. Seek guidance from within. ”Keep your own counsel and whatsoever ye shall ask in My name, that I will do.” John 14:13
The heart is Spirit; and Spirit can never be destroyed.
God is not the author of Fear; people are. Belief in good vs evil or “two powers” is an Illusory state; a paradox of fearful thought patterns and ruminations - since you can’t have one without the other. Only Love is real power but, where love is absent, fear sets in.
Have we been missing precious moments of beauty and treasure? What if we Paused? Become the Observer of life around you. Most importantly, take a few steps back and really get to know yourself and your own unconscious assumptions. This new approach in itself is a great lift in consciousness and can be the beginning of your life anew. Learn to observe your own behaviour in a non-judgemental way. You’ll be surprised to observe how harshly and how often we judge ourselves and others.
This is the greatest test of survival. Accept the challenge of introspection.
At certain times in life, we all must take stock in a rigorous honest self-analysis. Play the part of The Watcher/Observer of yourself and the world around you. Understanding the self behind the eyes; the mind behind the person. The true self underneath the superficiality of social conventions and political correctness.
On the physical plane, each of us manifests as a tiny but extremely complex strand in the tapestry of life. We are minute fragments woven into the Garment of the Lord. Without the warp and the weft that bind the strands together; they can no longer be called a garment, or even fabric; at best they are merely threads. God placed us together on earth because we need each other. We are here to help one another.
