This Abstract is meant to briefly explain the Theory of Pendulum Rotation and Event Horizon Displacement/Relocation via kinetic energy produced by a "Spirit" Anti-Matter Hydrogen Singularity. this is Hydrogen that carries a Negative Atomic Weight. In short this means in our Reality it would appear light and weightless it is actually heavier than Hydrogen itself and will always have a positioning of Universal Bottom. The Matter Singularity in question is actually able to move through the Fabric of Time and Space with moments of Torsion/Reverse Torsion. quite literally the Singularity becomes unwound until a certain level of free movement is achieved then at Position B becomes rewound and stationary. This is in part due to the "Spirit" Anti-Matter Singularity using its Matter cohort to scour an area of space for material to consume.
As well, this also explains material being expelled from the Event Horizon. its to large and the improper material needed to feed a Singularity. This leads to the theory that in order to have a successful Habitable Solar System first a Black Hole approximately 10x smaller than the Star it would Produce. Our sun has a radius of 432,690 Miles, this would mean the Black Hole the core of our Sun started from was approximately 43,269 Miles Radius.
In Theory Our Milky Way is the very Beginning of a Star far larger than anything comprehensible which leads to the idea that we are only getting larger and that with Time given we will become part of a far larger planetary system that dwarves our own by a huge amount. Imagine our Milky Way Centers Event Horizon the resulting Star will be 10x-100x larger than Event Horizon allowing for the fabric of time and space to smooth-en out naturally while gently nesting the New Star.

As well, during this process any number of factors could occur to cause a Black Hole Matter Singularity to become untethered from its Anti-Matter Cohort this explains Black Holes seen traveling at high rates of speed in "Lone Wolf" these singularities require another form of Catalyst in the form of gathered Kinetic Energy. In Essence this produces a different type of Star; yet to be witnessed by any of our systems, that quite possibly leads to a a series of odds of that star having a faulty core "Flicker" Stars. or another possibility of a Star that has a Corkscrew Trajectory.
Also, this theorem allows for the Movement of a Singularity from its "A" Position to designated "B" position by way of Human Built Technologies as long as the size is within reason. In Short to Move Black Hole the Singularity must be swaddled and cradled properly before any movement occurs as to maintain Health,Wellness,Structure and most Importantly The Matter Singularity's tether to is Anti-Matter Singularity Cohort "Shadow"
