I'm going to play F1 Manager 23.

The plan is to be Alfa-Romeo. I don't know who the game has as their Reserve Driver. Most likely at the summer break of 23 I will hire a new RD. 

End of 23 the plan is to promote that new RD into the main 2 driver roster with whichever driver between Bottas and Zhou does better. That also means I will need a new RD for 24.

Hopefully 24 will see some points scored and around a 7th place Constructors finish.

2025 I hope to finish 5th or better. 2026 a Top 3 finish would be amazing. 2027 Top 3 or even a title challenge is where I hope to be. 

There is a chance to go with an all "new" driver line-up in 2025 compared to Bottas/Zhou. If that is the case, then my expectations will be delayed a year.
