So you've been buying and trading tokens or NFTs for a while, or maybe you got rugged recently and now you have a pile of dead tokens not even worth selling because the gas fee to exchange them is higher than the actual value of the token. This happens.

Well fortunately the developers at Solana Slugs Have created a token incinerator to reclaim your Solana and you would be surprised how much some people are raking back!

You can access their website here: SOL-INCINERATOR

Just to be clear, i am not affiliated in any way with their project and do not benefit from sharing this. This is a great leap forward in utility on the blockchain, which excites me to share this and might actually help someone who is down and out with their money!

What Does the Cleanup Do?

The cleanup identifies opportunities for you to reclaim your Solana from various processess such as reducing storage, closing unsued accounts and resizing NFTs. This is fully functional using these wallets currently: Phantom, Magic Eden, MetaMask, Solflare, Coinbase Wallet.

It is important to know that you must have roughly 0.00006 SOL in your wallet to cover the network fee and confirm the transaction. Other currency payment options include USDT and USDC but will still have the same network fee of 0.00006 SOL.

How Much Will You Get From the Cleanup?

Users can reclaim 0.002 SOL for each vacant token account closed. The amount reclaimed from resizing NFTs varies depending on the specific NFT type, but is usually around 0.00185 to 0.0025 SOL

What does Resize NFTs mean? Metaplex, the company that created most NFT standards, discovered a way to reduce the amount of on-chain storage required for an NFT. By resizing your NFTs, you can reclaim a small amount of SOL.

What are Vacant Accounts? When purchasing tokens, NFTs, or other assets, you need to create an account for the item to live in. Once this NFT or token has been sold, transferred, and so on, this storage is left unused, and can be reclaimed. This does not burn any of your assets, and is a reversible process. It will not invalidate any airdrops.

Resizing your NFTs is safe and does not burn your NFT.

Have Tokens on a Wallet not Supported by Sol Incinerator?

Maybe you have an old empty wallet that is completely dry and you don't even have enough SOL to cover the network fee needed to use Sol Incinerator. Thankfully there is a way around this! You can actually import any wallet private key, directly into your Phantom wallet and continue from there! Phantom

I hope this helps some of my readers reclaim a few hundred dollars they didn't even know they had ~ If you enjoy this style of content from me, please give me a thumbs up or leave a comment ~ Thanks
