The importance of sport

We all know that doing sport is very important for our health. However federated sport can be considered not so good for health but today is not what we are going to talk about.

The things that sport gives us is the ability to learn that the rules exist to be fulfilled, to be inserted in a group of people with different personalities that we have to learn to live with and respect, the conviviality in which we end up being forced to be a more sociable person and lastly and perhaps the most important thing we learn to fight as a team to achieve an objective.

I practice sports since I was very young, I think that since I was 7 years old, I started by individual sports but at 12 years old I started to practice a collective sport and then I ended up forming a large part of my personality.

Nowadays, I know that what I have acquired over the years in sport helps me a lot in my work.

All of us in our work end up working as a team. be it a team of few people or a team of immense people that can involve different departments of the company, and we have to help each other to achieve the goals that are set for us.

Within our team we have people with different principles and ways of thinking and this is where I give more value to what sport has taught me, because I can identify the correct way to communicate with all the elements so that the objective is successfully achieved .

Therefore, I think it is very important in some stages of the growth of young people that they should be encouraged to participate in a team sport as this will help them in their future.

What is your opinion?
Is team sport important in the growth of young people?
