Another great way to visualise and affirm is while you are dancing. Dance like no-one is watching. If you are playing music try to have music without any words unless it's going to enhance your visualisation.

Affirm and visualise what you would like to attract to your life in the "positive" and in the "now".

Dance for 15 to 30 minutes as this will move your energy around and assist you in moving into that trance-like state.

Music with drums works well and will change your vibration. It's a moving meditation which will get you breathing and the blood moving throughout your body.

If you can do this at least once a week you will feel the benefits of the dance.
