As men, we have a primitive instinct to seed as many women as possible. These genes are characteristic of our history, our past. This was to ensure the transmission of our genes to our species, and thus the preservation of mankind. Infant and female mortality rates were so high that man had to sleep with as many women as possible.

Nowadays, however, this rule and instinct is no longer valid. In a society where more children die at birth in developed countries, and the same goes for mothers, we no longer take any risks in this respect, despite some extremely rare exceptions.

As a result, we still have this instinct to want to sleep with several women, almost like a compulsive consumer, and this is where we need to show more greatness of mind and body than before.

For a man who knows how to be seductive and who appeals to women, this is the greatest challenge, because he will have the choice and access to a wide range of women.

As a man, if we don't want to be dominated by this desire and drive we have, we have to be able to be aware of our choices in terms of women. We can have non-serious relationships, but we mustn't give our attention to just any woman.

So we need to be able to make a double distinction so as not to waste time and energy that we could be using to follow our life path and fulfill our vision.

We need to distinguish between two women:

- those who attract us purely sexually, but whom we regard as mere "consumption", as if we'd driven a car and simply out of curiosity and envy we'd like to drive a new one temporarily, without there being any real interest, and above all without doing so too frequently
- those who correspond to a certain ideal, whom we see as more than just a consumer mas who inspire us more than that, more than mere consumption, who transcend us a little more, if only because of their physical appearance, their social status, their standard of living and lifestyle etc...

The women we meet in our lives, whether seriously or not, must correspond to a certain ideal we have of ourselves and of our company, so that they serve our aspirations, whether consciously or not. They need to inspire us to continue to follow and be led by our essence.
