It's time to make a stand for our planet. Protect our turtles. Clean our oceans.

Ever since I was young, I am already really fond of animals. So when I saw sea turtles on an animal channel I watched, I told myself that someday I will see one. Then later on, I joined an environmental organization that saves wildlife and marine animals. I realized then that saving these wonderful creatures from the hands of poachers is actually one of my calling.

And luckily, saving sea turtles is part of our advocacy. We went to a seaside community, who at that time had sea turtles and sea turtle eggs as one of their food, and taught them that these creatures are not food. They are important part of our marine ecosystem that helps balance out the marine life.

Sea turtles help maintain the population of jellyfish on our oceans so that we could still be able to swim freely without being electrocuted by millions of jellyfish. They have so many contributions to marine life that we should not ignore their importance.

With that, I am encouraging everyone to take a stand and save these marine animals. Now that their number is getting smaller, it's time to act - protect sea turtles, clean our oceans!
