An Introduction To The Atomic Wallet

I recently downloaded the Atomic Wallet to give it a test run. I must be honest, I had seen the Atomic Wallet popping up quite often and curiosity finally got the best of me. One of the main enticements was to see if ERC20 tokens displayed with a dollar value, or simply the token amount. For those who have used the Coinomi wallet, you will know that many ERC20 tokens that are added manually do not reflect a dollar amount. This can be rather frustrating and would definitely serve as a good selling point for the Atomic wallet, provided it was superior to Coinomi in that respect.

The Atomic Wallet is decentralized and owner's hold their own private keys. Pretty much the same as Coinomi and other alternatives. The wallet has quite a good rating on Trustpilot, a 4.5 star rating, derived from 2290 reviews. The wallet can be downloaded on your desktop, Android or IOS and is very clean and easy to navigate.

Atomic Wallet Features And Design

The Atomic Wallet has some really nifty built in features. With the amount of exchanges closing down over the past few months, it's becoming highly advisable to avoid staking pools in preference to staking in your own capacity. The Atomic Wallet offers a fairly large range of coins to stake, of which you can view in the image below. Quality staking coins such as Tezos, Tron and Algorand are definitely going to become more attractive for investors to hold. The dynamic of solid projects securing price appreciation, compounded by annual interest is very attractive for any investor to hold long-term.

Another sleek addition is the atomic swap feature. Swaps can be carried out effortlessly and speedily. There is a fee involved but when you consider that moving a coin to an exchange and selling it for your preferred coin or token also incurs a fee, it makes sense. Skip all the hassle and time and process the transaction with a simple click. Overall I can't fault the Atomic Wallet. It appears to be a significant and viable option for storing and staking your Crypto.

Will I Use The Atomic Wallet Going Forward?

Yes, I definitely think it has some great benefits and is perfect for holding specific coins. In case you were wondering... Yes, it does reflect dollar values for manually added ERC20 tokens, which is pretty cool! Please remember that this is not an endorsement of the Atomic Wallet or financial advise but merely my experience using this product.
