Sunny Saturday Steady Run

It was a beautiful Saturday. Foggy at first, sunny and warm later on.

We are at home which is expected of us these days. A long sleep, a good breakfast, some home choirs, some Rising star game posts, ...

At two pm it was time for a run. The goal was to run flat 8 K on asphalt at a steady pace. I took the road to the east and turned north on the main road. Then back.

Surprisingly I kept a good pace. 5:42 includes three red light stops. The net pace was 5:29 according to Strava.

Then we had a delicious lunch and went into the forest for a night hike, two hours long.

All the physical activity data that I display is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

Running Adventures of a Streak Runner

What is a 'streak runner', you might ask? It is a person who runs every day. In my case, two miles is a minimum. I've been doing this stunt for 502 days already, since July the 3rd 2019. On that fine day, I decided it's better to run every day and be happy than to run occasionally and be grumpy. YOu are welcome to follow me and my runs. Every day if you wish :)
