After six long years, the long awaited launch of the PI open network has been announced. The network will open on February 20th at 8am UTC.
This means that exchanges will finally be able to list and trade the $PI token with about 10 mid-sized exchanges having already announced the listings. There has also been a 'community poll' announced by Binance on whether or not to list the token. At the time of writing, the result is yet to be announced, but with the following PI has I can not imagine anything but a listing being announced soon.
Along with the announcement of the launch and listings came a wild range of price speculation, with some guessing as high as $100. While personally I don't think it will be any where near that price, I do think it might be a good time for anyone who has ever downloaded the PI app to re-download and see how many tokens they have available to them.
Always DYOR.
