Hello fellow P0x'ers -- here are some quick notes on the Bitcoin Silver project aka BTCS v2. For reference, here are links to my other posts on the crypto project:

Price
A shadow of doubt has been cast upon the project, as the price continues to tumble. It's only natural, right? The chart is looking pretty bearish...
Liquidity remains low, and the overall trend is definitely bearish. The price has remained somewhat stable around half a cent for the past two weeks. The long-term prospects for BTCS are definitely at a crossroads right now. The RSI is in the neutral zone at 45.2, but significant overhead resistance remains.
Trading continues to happen primarily on the NestEx platform.
Community Updates
Listings for Tier 1 exchanges are in the works, as community leaders apply for those listings. The official BTCS Discord has recently underwent a reorganization for streamlined operations. There's still a buzz in the community. Future plans are underway and are ongoing, with many new developments coming in 2026-2027.
Network Updates
The node map indicates there are still many operators still on board...

...though mining hash power has somewhat subsided recently...
The top mining pools behind the hash power are:
- mining-dutch.nl
- molepool.com
- letsmine.it
So you can say that though the network has somewhat shrunk over the past two weeks, there still remains 1.8 petahash powering the Bitcoin Silver network. While this is tiny, when compared to the Bitcoin network, it means there is still significant mining power behind BTCS.
Future
The future is completely unpredictable. At this point in time, the price chart is not looking too promising. The days of trading in "penny land" ( > $0.01 USD) seem quite far away, but perhaps the ongoing community developments could help propel the price back to a bullish trajectory. Additional listings on new exchanges could do it; we will just have to see.
Altcoins, especially Bitcoin "forks," are extremely high risk from an investment standpoint. Always conduct your own due diligence.
