As promised, I thought I would update you all on the different ways to make crypto and add to your portfolio. Whilst none of these are going to dramatically increase your holdings, if you do these things regularly and combine them with compound interest when you can, it will make a difference eventually. I have added a rough approximation of what interest I am earning from these to hopefully give you some idea.
Compound interest accounts
I use a few accounts to get daily interest on my crypto:
- Coinbase (& Coinbase Pro)- I stake my algo here and get daily interest on it (currently 6% Annual interest). I also use Coinbase Pro to buy my crypto (much lower trading fees and is free- you just need a Coinbase account which is also free to start with). You can also earn coins through watching videos and answering questions- new coins are regularly added. Just recently I have earned small amounts of Polygon, Scale and AmpleForth.

- Nexo Exchange- no referral code here. I stake a small amount of ETH, BTC, XRP and LTC here. Interest is added daily and the base amount is 4% annual interest. I use fixed terms which adds an additional 1% to the annual rate. You can also get higher rates of interest depending on how many Nexo tokens you own. If you choose to receive your interest in Nexo tokens rather than the original coin you receive an additional 2% in interest but you have to complete all 3 stages of KYC.
- I also stake ADA. I use 2 methods to do this-the Yoroi wallet and my exodus wallet. Both ways give me about 4% annual interest in ADA which is also compounded- payments are every epoch which is every 5 days I think.
I really like the Exodus wallet – there is a mobile app version as well as a desktop version. It links with your Trezor (I’m still to get mine- waiting for when I visit the UK for a little bit) and you can also earn compound interest on DAI tokens- (although I don’t have any at the moment)
- Cake-Defi
Deposit $50 of crypto to earn $30 of defi coins. These Defi coins are locked for 6 months but earn daily compound interest. You can also earn daily interest on your crypto through staking or fixed terms. Worth it if your major aim is to HODL those coins!

Daily Earning
The first thing I recommend you do is open a Faucetpay account. Many of these websites send these small amounts directly to your faucet pay account. You can then let them build up to send to eventually send to your wallets elsewhere. You also have the option to swap what you earn into other coins and also to earn coins as well. I have just sent some BNB to my metamask wallet as that is what I am concentrating on collecting at the moment

I play on Cointiply daily- mainly the Pay to Click adverts and the faucets. Again, living in China really limits my earning potential. You can cash out once you have earned $3.50 for Doge and $5.00 for Bitcoin satoshis. People can earn much more quickly through answering surveys and completing other tasks.

This is a site similar to Cointiply. You earn coins through the faucet, pay to click adverts, surveys etc. The good thing about this is there is a much larger number of different crypto coins you can choose to exchange your coins with. I am a member of the Torum forum. You can earn XTM which is due to be listed very soon. You need to earn 500 XTM through posting and completing missions before you are able to withdraw, but if you engage and contribute to the community, completing daily and weekly missions, this can be achieved relatively quickly. The main thing is this a great friendly forum which allows you to learn new things about crypto and other subjects as well.

Games
I have just started playing Coinbirds and will be writing a blog post about it shortly. At the moment I refuse to pay any money into it so things are going very slowly. You start with an intial amount of coins which you use to buy birds. These lay eggs and you then sell them to earn more coins- some goes to be used to buy more birds and another bit gets stacked to be eventually withdrawn. Mining
Currently I am doing 3 types of mining. I am mining BTC on an old gaming laptop using Nicehash. Profitability varies but I am not losing money after taking into account electricity costs. It generates approximately 100,000 satoshis every month or so.
I use Cryptotab browser to mine on my normal laptop. The browser mines BTC and I generally get around 1200 satoshis every month. You can pay to get extra mining hash power but I wouldn't recommend it. Link

On my phone I mine BTC to play with trading. For a more detailed explanation please see this post.
Basically once you have mined $10 of BTC you can then convert it into USDT and then use it to trade. Any profits you make can then be withdrawn
