Publish0x allows users to tip other users based on the content of the work they publish.  

These tips do not come from the users' wallets, thus tipping does not negatively impact a user in any way.  (Unless Im missing something?)

Why?

Maybe Im totally missing this company's business model.

Their nameserver is digitalocean.com, but that doesn't reveal really anything other than their dns is being hosted in
"the cloud" (for simplicity:  a "cloud" is a server that hosts and runs computers or servers in a virtual environment.
Just like you can run a different operating system in a virtual machine on your own computer, that is what's going on
here, and gave it all a clever name:  "THE CLOUD!")

Publish0x IS a verified Brave Content Creator, which allows users of the Brave Browser to tip them.

So what does this all mean?  

Is publish0x being run by a nation state?  Are they trying to make $?  Is this a giant social experiment?

FYI I noticed that publish0x has a sliding scale on their tip button.  You can change it to give more to yourself and less
to someone else, make it 50/50 or not take any of the tip at all.  Im too lazy to bother with "sliding things around", so
I just leave it set at the default 80/20, and then fire the TIP button, and let the magic magically happen.

In conclusion:  What is REALLY going on here, Publish0x?????
