The day was January 8th 2020. There was no COVID pandemic at this point. It was just a cold winter morning. Bitcoin was trading at $8,403.86. Just for comparison sake BTC is $20,831.20 at time of writing even in this Bear market. It was on this day that I posted my first article on Publish0x. It wouldn't be me if it wasn't a Theta article.
Back then it was called "Sliver.tv" and has since been rebranded to theta.tc which I think was a good idea. The article did okay when I posted it considering I was a new author on the platform. In the years since it has gotten more and more views even though it is a little outdated at this point.

I have earned BAT, HYDRO, DAI, LRC, AMPL and FARM from tips for this article which just goes into 1 of the reasons this website is unlike others. An article I posted 3 years ago can still earn me views and tips.
Over the first yeah I posted a lot of articles about various mining setups and systems. I tested out how to "mine" for XMR, Electoneum, TFUEL, LNX, ZEC, ETH, ETC, BAT just to name a few.
I have reviewed countless blockchain based games as well or NFT based games.

I am up to 1,601 followers and I am sure most of them are probably not active accounts anymore but that number still means a lot to me.
Here is my last 30 day stats.

I would be remise if I didn't mention one of the greatest moments of my Publish0x history and that was when the Ampleforth team airdropped FORTH (their governance token) to people who have used AMPL (which I only got from posting on Publish0x. I was able to quickly sell my FORTH for a few thousand US dollars. That was 100% all thanks to Publish0x for using AMPL as a tipping token.
But more onto what I have seen and witnessed over the last 3 years here.
- Anyone can and should start posting articles. I have seen some people who were reluctant to post earn quite a bit from tips.
- There will always be people who complain about what the tipping tokens are but once again free crypto = free crypto. While I didn't really want FARM to be a tipping token I am not going to complain about it because I have been able to put it to work and earn small amounts passively.
- I wish that there was more tools for authors on this site. For example these tools are the same tools we have had for 3 years.

And while they are okay tools I do wish there was more customization and editing that could be.
- I will applaud the team for the withdrawal process. They are very clear about how to withdraw and when you try to withdraw you get e-mail notifications dictating the whole process and flow. You can even withdraw on chain or off which is a nice option as well.
- Making NFT's is easier then expected however creating utility for them is hard. If you are just creating artwork NFT's then they are easy. I even wrote a 6 part guide for it (well still working on the last 2 parts).
- Anything financial related will always go up and down and those who make the most money are able to resist the urge to sell and actually buy more when the prices tank.
- Everyone has financial advice but isn't a financial advisor lol
- Most of the time you only get what you put into something. You can't expect to get rich by doing nothing.
