And I'm not talking about "Free...but we need your credit card details first", I'm talking about "Free, please enjoy, no cost whatsoever!". Less expense means more money to invest and grow those portfolios!
If you haven't heard of this site before, you're going to love it! It is called unsplash and the site is filled with some of the most beautiful, professional images you're likely to come across on the internet. The sheer range of topics they have is staggering as well (I haven't been in a situation where I couldn't find a high-quality image on unsplash that didn't fit the topic I was discussing).
Simply head on over to unsplash and browse through over one million free high-resolution images brought to you by the world’s most generous community of photographers. You don't have to pay anything, just search, find the right image, and download. As for copyright, here's the license agreement:
All photos published on Unsplash can be used for free. You can use them for commercial and noncommercial purposes. You do not need to ask permission from or provide credit to the photographer or Unsplash, although it is appreciated when possible.
