But before we start I'll ask you one thing, what is laughter and why does it spread?

Laughter is a very everyday part of our lives, offering us a great deal of well-being, while also helping us to create social bonds with other people

Surely many times, you have been somewhere, where a person without knowing why, nor the reason this begins to laugh and ends up infecting all the people around him

We ourselves are prepared to receive a great deal of pleasant stimuli, the one responsible for this is called mirror neurons, which are activated when an action of someone around us is perceived

I'll leave you a video and you'll have to watch it in its entirety. If, when you finish the video, you manage not to laugh, you'll have passed the test

Remember, if the video is in Spanish, you can also put subtitles from your country
